Extruder welding gun is used for tubular product welding and plastic container repair, it has high efficiency when working, there are 2 feed ports, it allows 2 welding rods which is 4mm diameter, it increases the extrution quantity much. This extruder can extrude 1.8kg per hour.
It has VTC overload protection system, If the temperature is not enough, the extruder stops automatically to avoid burning motor.
There are 7 speeds from A to G to regulate the speeds of extrution.

Attention
1. Don’t fall off the machine.
2. If using the machine, must open the hot air 15-20 minutes in advance, then activiate the extrution machine.
3. Can’t insert the welding rods into the feeding holes without high temperature.
4. must turn down the hot air gun’s temerature to lower level about 30 seconds before shutdown each tiem, making sure the temperature in the gun is very low, which is to protect the accessories in the machine, so that can extend the life span of machine.
5. Must extrude out all welding rods after use each time.
